Jessika Jackson

Jessika Jackson, Head of Workplace Experience & Marketing, has been developing and growing company culture in a diversity of industries for over 15 years. Jessika is responsible for creating a work environment that motivates all employees to deliver extraordinary work for our clients and supports our cultural tenants of integrity, humility, grit, accountability and lifelong learning. Jessika also leads MCA’s marketing efforts to position our new company as a trusted long-term partner that is fully dedicated to helping the entire mutual industry successfully reap the benefits of using data and analytics to improve business performance.

Jessika’s organizational dexterity translates across industries. Having begun her career in healthcare and nonprofit program management, she later shifted to the for-profit realm, bolstering her operations and marketing experience at a San Francisco software technology company that tracked explosive growth during her tenure. Following that venture, she moved east and applied her knowledge in the thriving Connecticut aerospace sector, driving her company’s rebranding initiative, developing and improving culture and administrative protocols, chairing the Wellness Committee, and designing internal marketing communications for a multi-site company.

Jessika holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Smith College in Massachusetts. Jessika is active in a local nonprofit that aims to preserve open space and has been a Be My Eyes virtual volunteer for the visually impaired since 2017. She resides in Avon, Connecticut with her husband and daughter, and is currently raising her first flock of baby chickens.

The Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (PAMIC) is a trade association that has proudly represented the Mutual Insurance Industry since 1907.

Our membership comprises some of the most historic companies in the industry, along with new companies who are thriving under the same model.

For more than 120 years NAMIC has been serving in the best interests of mutual insurance companies – large and small – across the United States as well as in Canada. NAMIC membership includes more than 1,400 member companies. The association supports regional and local mutual insurance companies on main streets across America along with many of the country’s largest national insurers. NAMIC member companies write $268 billion in annual premiums and together account for 59 percent of homeowners, 46 percent of automobile, and 29 percent of the business insurance markets.
