Mike joined the MCA team in June 2021 where he works with clients to better understand their current systems, performance, and new business metrics. Mike thrives on the challenge of using data to help clients understand the needs of their business and then helping implement the changes that drive successful outcomes. He has deep experience utilizing internal and external data to analyze clients’ class plan performance to determine opportunities for new variables. Mike works with clients to utilize 3rd party comparative rater data as well as internal quote and issue data to analyze performance and introduce new ways to become more competitive on these platforms.
Prior to MCA, Mike spent the first 5 years of his career working in Personal and Commercial Lines at Hanover with roles in Actuarial and Product Management. Mike has experience working across multiple state and regional teams developing pricing, product, and growth strategies across Personal Lines, including multi-state planning, pricing, performance, and agency relationships.
When Mike isn’t running through data and product changes, he enjoys spending his time watching football (Go Bills!). He also spends time playing with his 100-pound Great Dane named Finley. Mike’s avid interest in the latest innovative technology has led to a deep dive into cryptocurrency and NFTs.
