Noah Gulino

Product Manager

Noah joined MCA as a Product Manager, where he leverages data and analytical insights to drive product initiatives that support profitability and sustainable growth. Working closely with clients, he evaluates product and operational functions to implement sound, data-driven decisions that shape and influence product strategy. His work may include product pricing adjustments, portfolio management informed by data, underwriting recommendations, straight-through processing enhancements, and a wide range of analytical projects. Noah brings a strong foundation in the insurance industry to his role at MCA, with experience in product development.

Prior to joining MCA, Noah worked at Travelers Insurance where he worked on the New England state team helping to drive profitable and sustainable growth in both personal home and auto lines. In his time at Travelers, he completed the Product Management Development Program and served as a Market Analyst for the state of Vermont. During his tenure, he leveraged predictive analytics techniques to anticipate consumer demand patterns which guided proactive strategy adjustments and optimized pricing models to maximize revenue while maintaining a competitive advantage in the market.

Outside of work, Noah is a massive sports fan, attending UConn basketball, hockey, and football games with his wife and UConn Alum, Alison. Outside of sports, Noah loves to travel and explore nature while spending time with his two dogs, Willow & Tito. Noah & Alison reside in Connecticut but spend a lot of their free time in Maine & Vermont.
