Kevin joined MCA in December of 2025 to improve the mutual insurance industry by leveraging his analytical expertise to help clients achieve their goals. Kevin has experience setting the rate, spreading the rate, adjusting underwriting levers, improving the customer experience, and building new products. Kevin listens first and then acts second. Listening to what the clients goals are and what the data says first. And then processing the right path forward second. An expert communicator with experience conveying complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A dependable, team-focused contributor, enthusiastic about creating a positive, empathetic, and constructive work environment.
Kevin spent his first nine years in the industry serving at Allstate. He first worked as an actuarial analyst for a countrywide specialty lines team where he helped support flat and segmented rate changes for all of Allstate’s specialty lines, while also improving indication methodologies and doing competitor reviews. Kevin continued his actuarial experience serving the Georgia state pricing team where he helped navigate the post covid inflationary pressure. Kevin then went on to serve as a product manager in his last role at Allstate where he helped the company build and grow their new auto and personal umbrella products. Kevin has a deep understanding of the personal lines business.
Kevin lives his life by a simple order of operations: Faith, Family, and Works… Kevin learned this order from where he played NCAA Division III football. The North Central College football team motto was Faith, Family, and then Football. The coaches believed that if they could develop All-American men first the football would come easy second. Kevin centers his heart and takes care of himself first, is a husband and a dog dad second, and serves in the world last. Kevin and his wife Amber have a passion for service, in 2024 they went to Uganda, Africa fundraising over $5,000 to help install a water well and mud a primary school. Kevin loves playing frisbee with his mini Australian shepherd Yoda, and no matter how many throws he does it is never enough. For his personal enjoyment Kevin enjoys long walks or hikes around Cave Creek, listening to music, and even playing some of the same video games he did when he was kid.
