Lead Product Manager

Ben joined MCA in February 2026 as a Lead Product Manager, where he partners with clients to design scalable, practical solutions at the intersection of process engineering and third-party data. His work focuses on helping carriers modernize workflows, integrate external data sources, and make better decisions without overcomplicating existing systems.Benbrings a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset to every engagement, always balancing analytical rigor with real-world feasibility.

Ben works closely with stakeholders across product, underwriting, analytics, and operations to identify inefficiencies and translate complex data and process challenges into actionable improvements. His approach emphasizes clarity, collaboration, and sustainable change, ensuring solutions not only work on paper, but in practice.

Prior to joining MCA,Ben spent his career at Travelers in a variety of roles, most recently leading third-party data strategy and execution for Small Commercial. In that role, he developed deep expertise in evaluating data vendors, operationalizing new data elements, and aligning data strategy with underwriting and portfolio objectives. His background gives him a strong understanding of how large carriers operate and what it takes to drive meaningful change within them

Outside of work,Ben can often be found on the golf course chasing incremental improvements to his swing or keeping up with basketball as a former Division II player. He also enjoys spending time with his Border Collie mix, Penny, who remains unimpressed by both his short game and his vertical leap.
