Meagan Zwick

Business Solution Engineer

Since joining the MCA team in July 2021, Meagan has partnered with clients to evaluate their current class plans and processes while helping them identify opportunities for improved profitability and growth. She has aided in the introduction of new data elements by building options based on clients’ systems and availability of third party data. Her main goal is to help clients understand the cost/benefit analysis and make the most informed decisions possible. Meagan is experienced in leading change across large organizations, from initial idea to final implementation.

Meagan is well-versed in personal comparative rater strategies and works with clients as they look to enhance their competitiveness on these platforms. She helps clients determine what approach is right for their company by understanding their current performance and long-term objectives in conjunction with how the technology, rating algorithm, and third-party data calls tie in together throughout the comparative rater process.

Prior to MCA, Meagan spent the first 9 years of her career in Business Insurance at Travelers with roles in Actuarial, Product Management, and Business Model Development. Meagan has years of experience working on state and regional teams to develop pricing and product strategies across Small Commercial lines.

When Meagan isn’t building client processes and data sets, she enjoys spending time with her family’s Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers (Piper, Lily, and Clonkers) or exploring new styles and mediums of art including watercolor paintings and building accent walls. She also appreciates a good book—her favorites being Harry Potter or something True Crime related.
