Prior to joining MCA, Rose spent 18 years at Travelers within Business Insurance, building line of business expertise across the full breadth of Business Insurance products. Most recently, she led third-party data implementation strategy and execution enablement, building on the governance practice and vendor management foundation she established in the role prior, where she drove cost savings while increasing data product acquisitions and led her team through rigorous regulatory audits. That work also built her fluency partnering with functional areas such as compliance, contract legal, finance, and procurement, giving her a clear understanding of how these different areas work with one another and where their functions intersect. Earlier in her career, she worked in product rating and pricing model rules architecture, giving her a technical grounding in how insurance products are actually built and priced. She’s especially adept at translating technical requirements into business language and business needs into technical specifications, and her CPCU designation reflects a deep grounding in core insurance principles.

Outside of work, Rose enjoys needle crafting with fancy indie fibers, DIY projects around the house, and assistant coaching youth field hockey in the fall. She’s also a serious puzzle person, five years into an unbroken streak with the NYT Sunday crossword. Her crew includes her husband, two daughters, and two office interns, Mr. Bear (a distinguished German shepherd/husky/golden retriever mix) and Clementine (a certified chaos gremlin and Goldador), who are always hard at work attempting to solve the never-ending puzzle of how to acquire more treats.
