Principal & Actuary

Tricia joined MCA in October 2025 as Principal & Actuary. In this role, she will leverage her extensive experience driving pricing strategy, product development, and operational excellence accumulated over decades in the industry.

Trish earned her Fellowship in the Casualty Actuarial Society in 2010. Prior to joining MCA, she held leadership roles at CSAA Insurance Group, The Hartford, and CNA. Throughout her career, she has led multi-state pricing initiatives, developed and launched new products, and managed cross-functional teams supporting both personal and commercial lines. Trish’s work consistently bridges actuarial insight with business strategy, fostering collaboration across actuarial, product, and underwriting teams to drive profitable growth. She is also a passionate advocate for talent development in the actuarial profession. She has served as program manager for an actuarial internship program, building partnerships with external actuarial organizations and mentoring emerging talent.

Based in Chicago, Trish enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, cheering for the Steelers, and reading. Eventually, she will pick up piano lessons again.
